Returns and Exchange Policy

At ChimpLoot, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a convenient and hassle-free return and refund policy.

Return Policy:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed(if applicable), and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us Support@ChimpLoot.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund of your payment, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • We will refund the full purchase price, including shipping, for items that are returned due to defects or if they are not as described.

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us and we will work to correct the issue.

Exchanges:

  • Due to the limited edition and quantity of our products, we may not always have the same item available for exchange. If your selected option is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
