We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm Friday and through the weekend won’t be processed until the following Monday. We will send out an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Our processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days. During peak periods such as sales, holidays, and launches this timeframe may be extended.

Right now, we can only ship to the U.S. But we hope one day we can ship product to you no matter where you are

Once an order ships, we’re unable to change its destination so please ensure all address information is correct along with any APT, unit, or suite numbers.

If the order is still being processed we may be able to make a change so contact us as soon as possible with the right info, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

When will I see tracking info?

After your order is picked, packed, and shipped it may take up to 48 hours after receiving tracking information for all of your delivery updates!

If you’ve received a tracking number but your package is missing, please reach out to the carrier to locate your item. If it’s still unable to be located, please complete a missing package claim and provide us with the case number and we’ll make sure you get what you need!
